✨SHOWCASE✨ Vintage Polly Pocket: Jewel Magic Ball (1996)
My favorite Polly Pocket ever is the gorgeous Jewel Magic Ball. It’s the one toy I remember playing with a lot as a kid.
Sadly, I gave all my Pollies away because someone somewhere made the rule that once you grow up, you have to stop having fun and become a boring adult.
So this particular Jewel Magic Ball is from eBay. It has all four characters but it is missing the locket, jewels, frames, and crown. That’s not too big of a deal because all I care about are the characters.
I love the crystal ball design and of course the pink and purple color scheme. I love the transparent style too.
The logo was already in good condition but I decided to restore it anyway because I just love how my restoration method looks more than the original.
The rooms have so many details. My favorite is the outdoor pond area because it spins and the water looks gorgeous.
There are so many nooks and crannies you can open and hide stuff in. The colors are so vivid and shiny.
Its no wonder this is a hot ticket item for Polly collectors like myself. It brought joy to my childhood and still brings joy to my adulthood today.
It will forever be my favorite toy!
