The vintage Polly Pocket Fairylight Wonderland comes in a giant star-shaped compact and has beautiful fairy dolls.
The most memorable part of this set is the hot air balloon, which goes up and down when you turn the flower. There’s also the fun little ferris wheel, or fairyswheel.
For the fairies, I actually replaced the original wings with new ones sculpted out of polymer clay. I found the original wings to be flimsy and cheap-looking.
I love the color scheme because I just love, love, looove pink and purple combo. Not to mention my love of glittery, shimmery things.
When the lights are on, it’s even more enchanting. I like to have this next to me when I’m working. Once in a while, I’ll play with it and it relieves my stress.
It’s hands-down one of the most gorgeous and nostalgic Polly Pockets in my collection.
